Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, generally within 3-7 business days. There may be delays surrounding sales or other busy shopping days. Fountains ship free to US customers. Due to the increased costs of shipping, a charge is added to orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii. For everything else, shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is determined by weight and size. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your shipment is on its way to you.

Every Cat Tap we create has a great deal of effort, time and love put into it. That is why we put extra care into preparing them for their shipping journey to you. Your cat's water fountain is securely packaged and fully insured for a safe arrival at home with you and furry friend.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes, we ship internationally. Prices are determined by weight, size and location. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout after you input your shipping address. Please note, any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Changed your mind? No worries. If you or your cat decides your Cat Tap is not quite the right fit, we will accept a return within 30 days of your original purchase date. Returned fountains should be clean and in the same shape that you originally received it. To ensure the Cat Tap has a safe journey during return shipping, we recommend holding on to the original packaging until you are sure it’s a keeper.
Once we receive your return, you will be refunded the full amount of the fountain. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, you will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 shipping fee. We are a small company and are unable to provide free return shipping. If for some reason your fountain is not performing correctly please reach out to us right away. Generally if something is not working correctly it’s an easy fix. We will happily do what is needed to get your Cat Tap up and running! Please email us at help@cattaps.com
If your fountain was damaged from shipping please keep all original packaging and damaged pieces. If possible, we will send a replacement piece. If it is beyond repair or we do not have a satisfactory replacement piece we will issue a full refund including shipping cost. Please reach out to us right away so we can correct the issue.
